Paul is a recognised thought leader in climate change mitigation, an active climate change advocate and is Co-founding Trustee and Chair of The All Aboard Transport Decarbonisation Trust and The 1point5 Project.
Paul founded and leads Temple and has spent over two decades helping private equity funds and corporates make better-informed decisions. Paul’s expertise is in developing insights into markets and how specific companies or proposed offerings perform relative to others in their market. This expertise extends to leading operational diagnostics to identify and quantify opportunities to increase returns to capital. He specialises in providing these insights in complex and often data-poor environments using a range of micro-economic models, data sources and tools.
Previously, Paul worked with McKinsey & Company and Partners in Performance in Australasia, Asia, USA and Europe across multiple industry sectors.
Paul was born and educated in New Zealand and holds a PhD and a BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
