Great article, TEQs should be a household word that everyone understands. Re everyone taking responsibility ...as a non-driver I have to use alternatives eg public transport, and I hope that more people will as petrol prices rise. The councils are doing the best they can to provide bus and train services. The North Shore buses are pretty good!
