Food security, land use, soil – and much more | Webinar Recording
In our July 5th webinar, our guest was Craig Anderson, researcher at NZ’s Institute for Plant and Food Research, based in Otautahi Christchurch. In his presentation he discussed the scale of the food security problem, the suitability of our current land use practices, the theoretical productive capacity required from organic and regenerative systems and finally some thoughts about the untapped capacity of soil and plant microbiomes.
